History
Nestled on a tree-lined residential street, this historic stone Carriage House has been the home of The Woman's Club of Englewood for over eihty nine years. Built to house horses and carriages on the estate of Englewood's first Mayor, it now provides a charming setting for your special event. With only one event a day, you can set the mood for your gathering and personalize this Victorian Carriage House with your own special touches.

We are conveniently located near all major highways, just minutes from the George Washington Bridge and accessible to the tri-state area.

Whether you are planning a Wedding, Private Party, or Business Meeting, the appeal of this landmark Carriage House is immediately apparent as you come into our newly renovated entry area with its antique mirror, chandelier and Queen Anne furnishings. The air-conditioned main room is simply decorated in white to create a perfect background, and you and your guests can stroll through the French doors, weather permitting, to enjoy cocktails on the flagstone patio. Additional space on the second floor gives you flexibility and privacy.

Long a favorite with brides, families and corporations, this historic setting, moderately priced, is truly a place for all occasions.
